Is it worth it?
I've dropped off the blogging- go- round and am wondering if it's worth getting back on?
Before I decide my blogs fate I will update!
Well the last time I wrote i was enrolling at college for the CLAIT course, I have started and passed my Word processing section, am now working on Excel which is a bit harder for me as I have no idea how to do spreadsheets and graphs...yet!
I also started the Footsteps course run by Southern Counties Baptist Association. It's going well I'm enjoying it immensely!
The run up to Christmas was harder this year, obviously without a job I didn't have any money and although Paul gave me plenty to spend, it wasn't the same. I felt a bit under pressure to buy stuff he would approve of! Though Paul didn't really care one way or the other, I guess my Pride was taking the fore again.
Christmas itself was lovely and peaceful, Sam wasn't too well but managed valiantly! I now have the col/flu that he had and am feeling rotten! However as I rarely get colds I cannot complain.
Paul spoiled me as usual, and I just love the fact that he buys all my presents himself, without me having to give him instructions and a list! I love that he chooses clothes for me which can't be easy and very rarely gets it wrong (I finally admitted to him that I don't DO check patterns so no repeat of last years shirt that I wore occasionally to please him!).
He's such a sweetie!
I don't know if he was as pleased with the thong I got him (as a joke) though!
Being back in the 'fold' at church helped alot this year, I was involved in quite alot! Even getting to 'play' Mary! Our Nativity was 'acted' by adults reading letters from various characters in the Nativity. My favourite was the Angel Gabriel played exuberantly by our Pastor's wonderful wife.
